How to manually add your inventory to Amazon EU
Ok, we all know Amazon.com is the big dog, BUT, depending on your product, you might see some great sales in Europe. Here's a quick look at how to set things up for the EU.

First up - Inventory will usually sync automatically, but in case you are having problems, here's the manual way
Here's how to do it:
1) You will need an existing amazon EU seller account (for example co.uk, .de, .es, .fr., .it )
Quick tip: When you switch your seller central to another language, you can switch the interface into English by checking the button down to the left corner. Here's what it looks like in French
2) Have a translated listing ready. (If, for example, you want to see on amazon.es, your listing should be in Spanish).
(I went on fiverr to get this done, although always get another native speaker to check the translation quality).
Also, have your keywords ready in the target language (use fiverr to translate existing KWs and also, try Keywordtool for more suggestions that you don't have to translate (it's free and the information comes straight from, for example, amazon.es )
3) You'll need an item already in your home country's FBA warehouse
4) You'll need to add bank accounts for the countries you want to sell in.
In the case of the UK, i can use my bank account for all my European escapades, but, if you don't set this up first, your listing won't go active on the respective Amazon Europe sites.
To do this, first, head to settings and account info:
From there, scroll to deposit method:
Click 'edit' and you can add your existing bank account for the corresponding Amazon sites.

5) You'll need to enable your listings for the countires you are interested in.
To do that, on your main seller central page, you'll see a 'sell accross Europe' box
Once you click on that, you just need to enable the listings you want.
6) From your seller central account, you need to select your desired country from the drop-down (so if you want to sell in Spain, select amazon.es)
7) Once you are now in, say Spanish seller central, you need to make your way over to 'add new product'
8) From that screen, enter your product details and copy and paste your EAN/UPC.
After a couple of seconds, you'll get a pop up asking whether you want to sync your listing. Click yes
When you link the EAN to your UK (or respective) listing. The stock is also synchronised and your product will dispatch from the UK!
IF YOUR STOCK WON'T SYNC - skip to the end of this article and read 'common error 2'
Finish up your bullet points, images and other key information and you will be up and ready to sell in Europe!
Don't forget to add your keywords and start your PPC too
PRO TIP: If choosing the right nodes in another language is a pain in the butt, simply find something similar to your item on the respective Amazon market place (so .es for this example). And Google translate the page to see which nodes you need.

Things that go wrong with your EU listings when you go out of stock
When you run out of stock and then get back in stock, what happens is that your inventory should automatically synch on all your enabled EU listings– BUT, something always goes wrong!
Common error 1: Only some SKUs will show in some market places.
So, say you just got back in stock on 4 products. Now your Amazon Germany account only shows you have two enabled listings. Sigh.
Or, all your international listings may just disappear altogether!
When this happens, you need to re-synch the listing.
From the build international listings page, you need to click the ‘resynchronize listings’ tab.
From there, select the market place that needs attention and click re-synch for the offending SKUs
NOTE: Once you re-synch the SKUs, you’ll need go back into the listing and add the translated description, title, bullets and keywords again. Super annoying
Common error 2: The listing won’t synchronise for some market places.
This just happened to me and can even happen when you are trying to add a listing.
When this happens, you need to disable the market place that is having problems and then, re-enable it and add the listing again, from scratch (like in the video).
To disable it, you head to the sell globally tab and click ‘remove’ on the necessary marketplace.
So, for example, if you are trying to add your product to Amazon Italy and you are not getting the pop-up offer to synch your listing when you enter the UPC, you need to exit, disable Amazon Italy and then re-enable it.
Unfortunately, the only way to avoid these mix ups is by never going out of stock!
